It can be hard to discern your vocation. Especially amidst difficulties we often struggle to see our life's purpose. It feels as though God has forgotten about us and life is just random chaos. I wrote this song at a time when I found it very difficult to see God in my life, to see that He has a plan for me. I often found myself asking Him "why did you create me? what is my purpose?" During quiet prayer He gently reminded me that He has already shown me my vocation, it is clear — become a Saint. This song reflects on the truth that weather we are single, married or in consecrated religious life, we are all called to become Saints, to spend eternity with our Heavenly Father. We are all called to take small steps towards holiness through our every day tasks.
