Satisfy My Soul

I wrote this song during the second lockdown. At the time, the Lord was really teaching me the lesson that happiness is found in him, not in material items or activities, that he is the only person that can completely fill me and satisfy my soul. I wrote this song as a response to that lesson, and to express the truth I discovered from that. The truth being that if we give everything to God and live selflessly, following him wherever he leads us, we will feel whole and fulfilled. Our vocation as Christians is to love and follow in the Lords footsteps, and my song is all about becoming selfless and humble like the Lord was, and finding our true calling.
